LEVEL 1
Standard 3-pin electricity outlet, suitable for trickle charging (up to 2.8 kW)

LEVEL 2
Single to three phase EV charger which requires professional installation. Power ranges from 7 to 22 kW.

DUAL LEVEL CHARGE CORD
Switch between level 1 (up to 2.8 kW) and level 2 (up to 7 kW) charging. Requires professional installation of a single phase (3-pin) industrial plug.
UNDERSTANDING CHARGING OPTIONS FOR YOUR HOME

If you reside in a villa / townhouse:
Check with your compound management and/or landlord to ensure that you have obtained the necessary approvals before installing a charger.

Precautions: Uncertified installers may not be familiar with the charger and might use improper wiring connections which could lead to fires or damage to your home. Refer to your local dealer for the available certified home charger installation options.
SCHEDULING YOUR HOME CHARGER INSTALLATION

Contact us to schedule a site visit from one of our recommended charger installers.

It is important to discuss the overall layout and design of your home charger setup with the charger installer during the home inspection visit. This includes the location and position of the charger, type and color of trunking to be used, external or internal cabling, and any other design elements.

Using a certified installer or compound engineer, check if your residence can support a 7kW, 11kW, or 22kW charger depending on your home’s available power capacity.

The charger installer partner will then contact you to confirm your preferred home inspection date/time.
(Recommendation: Make sure to discuss your desired charger installation location and setup with the installer during their visit.)
Once your electric vehicle booking is confirmed, you can contact the home charger installer and accept the provided quotation and simultaneously schedule your home charger installation date.
(Recommendation: To schedule installation either on the same day or just after delivery of your electric vehicle)
