Aljomaih Automotive Trains Saudi Students at Al Asala Colleges

As part of Aljomaih Automotive corporate social responsibility, and in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 efforts to ensure Saudi youth play an effective role in their community, the company announced supported a recent training program for six students at Al Asala Colleges for a period of 16 weeks.

The program’s objective was to prepare students for field operations, and to teach them how to effectively implement plans, to insure providing the company clients with the best-in-class client services as well as improve the company’s performance.

Dr. Habib Nasser Al Makki, Dean of the College of Business at Al Asala Colleges, sent a letter of appreciation to Aljomaih Automotive, where he thanked Sheikh Waleed Aljomaih, Chief Operating Officer of Aljomaih Automotive, and the company’s diligent efforts to help train the Saudi youth and prepare them for the local market.

Al Asala Colleges hosted an event in Dammam recently, which brought together the university’s management team and HR representatives from the private sector, including Aljomaih Automotive which played an important role in the meeting. Al Asala Colleges delivered a comprehensive presentation to introduce its colleges and discuss new ways of cooperation with HR managers and representatives.

The event provided HR managers with valuable insights into the programs and curricula offered at Al Asala Colleges to help identify potential partnerships based on social responsibility and exchange of expertise. In addition to discussing the latest concepts and trends in HR development, the event hosted panel discussions on various topics including HR best practices, human capital training and effective communications techniques to help build future collaborations between Asala Colleges and HR managers.
